Game Design

Designing games is where my approach to design began. Long before leading design in eCommerce and enterprise, I was working on complex, interactive systems where small details made the difference for an experience.

Games demand careful balance. Mechanics, feedback, pacing, progression, and emotion all have to work together. That focus on interaction depth within large systems shaped how I think about usability, clarity, and user experience today.

Although my day-to-day output has changed, the mindset remains the same: design is about shaping experiences that respond, adapt, and guide people through complexity.

Shipped Games

A selection of titles where I contributed as a Game Designer.

Working on shipped titles taught me how design decisions affect real users at scale. Features must survive real constraints, real timelines, and real player behavior. It strengthened my ability to collaborate across disciplines, translate ideas into implementable systems, and refine experiences through iteration.

Prototyping & Systems Exploration

In many ways, this have been some of my most beloved work. Working closely with a team, testing ideas quickly, and refining mechanics through iteration reinforced something I still value today: learning by building.

Game prototyping required balancing constraints, experimenting with rules, and observing how small changes influenced behavior. That same iterative, systems-focused approach now shows up in how I approach product design, interaction flows, and even organizational processes.
