Design
I design to understand problems before solving them.
That can mean refining everyday experiences, exploring how AI can support people at work, or building something simply to learn. A common thread is curiosity, iteration, and removing unnecessary complexity.
About Me
I care about creating experiences that help people make confident decisions. That means designing products, growing teams, and improving the systems that support them, always with a focus on solutions that are usable, scalable, and grounded in real needs.
Moving between guiding teams and supporting the craft is a natural part of how I work. Some challenges call for creating direction and alignment, while others benefit from stepping into the details alongside the team. Whatever the context, the goal is the same: reduce complexity, create shared understanding, and help people do their best work.
Outside of work, you will usually find me in the middle of a DIY project, building wild DUPLO creations to impress my kids, or working through a new bouldering problem at the climbing gym. When it is time to slow down, I reach for a rich coffee (or beer), a good sci-fi novel, or a walk in the forest with my family.
These routines keep me grounded and curious every day. They remind me to stay patient, pay attention to how things fit together, and approach challenges with a calm and practical mindset.
